Australia - Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide the best shopping experience and customer satisfaction. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have implemented the following return policy to ensure a fair and hassle-free return process.​

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Provide your order number, a detailed description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization number (RMA), and the return shipping address.

  3.  Inspection and Refunds:

• Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in point 1.
• If the returned item is approved, we will initiate a refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase

  4. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. Provide details and, if possible, attach photographs showcasing the issue.
• We will arrange for a return or replacement, depending on the nature of the problem. No additional charges will be incurred by the customer in such cases.

 5. Exchanges

• The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Cancellations:

• If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
• If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return as per the return process mentioned above.

7. Free Shipping:

• We're delighted to offer free shipping on orders totaling $150 or more, excluding items with larger packages. For these oversized items, standard shipping rates will apply.
